The National Child Protection Task Force (NCPTF) is thrilled to announce the opening of scholarship applications for its 6th Annual Conference, a landmark event this year making its debut in Jacksonville, Florida, from March 12-14, 2024. Historically hosted in Northwest Arkansas, this law enforcement conference moves to Florida to continue enhancing investigative capabilities. While the conference focuses on sensitive investigations (crimes against children, missing persons, exploitation, trafficking, etc.), the tools & tactics taught are applicable to all criminal investigations.
Scholarship Opportunities for Law Enforcement
In recognition of the financial constraints that may prevent law enforcement from developing crucial investigative skills, The NCPTF is now offering limited scholarships to law enforcement demonstrating financial need. These scholarships, open to law enforcement personnel from any region, aim to cover the full cost of conference registration, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder access to invaluable skill development opportunities.
About the NCPTF Conference
The NCPTF conference is renowned for its collaborative training sessions led by subject matter experts. This year's conference will cover a variety of topics including advanced investigations, OSINT, legal strategy, all-source intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), dark web investigations, and more. Designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, the event promises to equip law enforcement professionals with the tools and tactics necessary for effective criminal investigations.
A New Chapter in Florida
Marking its first occurrence outside of Arkansas, the conference's move to Jacksonville represents a new chapter for NCPTF, expanding both reach and impact under new leadership. This shift underscores the Task Force's commitment to making its resources accessible to a broader audience, fostering a nationwide network of skilled professionals dedicated to protecting children.
