Steve Biondo is a Board Member for the National Child Protection Task Force.
Steve Biondo is an innovative senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning for-profit and nonprofit sectors. His expertise includes executive leadership across all corporate functions, with specialized strengths in organizational development, human resources, strategic planning, change management, and mission-driven program expansion. Known as a collaborative communicator, Steve focuses on achieving results through partnerships, team engagement, and integrating strategies that drive positive change.
Most recently, Steve served as President of the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF) from April 2018 until his retirement, guiding its global expansion to serve in 102 nations. Under his leadership, TTF advanced initiatives for orphans, children with special needs, youth facing life-threatening illnesses, and survivors of human trafficking, bringing faith, hope, and love to those in need.
Before joining the Tim Tebow Foundation, Steve spent over a decade as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and President of The James Fund and Family Christian Ministries. In these roles, he led HR strategy, culture transformation, talent management, and global ministry efforts in orphan and foster care, while overseeing national and international partnerships, growth plans, and fund development.
Earlier in his career, Steve served as Vice President of HR/OD for Gap Inc.’s Logistics Division, directing HR and organizational development for 17 distribution centers worldwide. He led strategic planning, training, leadership development, safety, recruitment, and performance management for 145 HR professionals supporting more than 7,000 employees.
Steve currently serves on several boards dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable and combating human trafficking worldwide.
