Judith A. Weinstock

Judith A. Weinstock is a Board Member for the National Child Protection Task Force.

Judith A. Weinstock is an Assistant Director in the New York Regional Office (NYRO) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Enforcement. Judy supervises a variety of Enforcement investigations, including cases involving cyber and crypto assets, stock manipulation, investment advisor fraud, financial reporting fraud, and affinity fraud.  Judy is also Chairperson of NYRO’s Investor Outreach Committee and co-Chair of NYRO Enforcement’s Hiring Committee. 

Prior to the SEC, Judy worked for 17 years as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office (DANY). In her last role at DANY, Judy served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Major Economic Crimes Bureau. Prior to joining the Economic Crimes Bureau, Judy worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division, where she prosecuted violent crime. 

Judy was previously a board member of New York City’s Community Board 1 and a current member of the New York City Bar Committee’s Criminal Advocacy Committee.  Judy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the George Washington University Law School.
