Maris Roalsvig serves as Development Coordinator for the NCPTF.
Maris Roalsvig is a mission-driven development professional with a passion for empowering underserved communities. With a background in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, and project management, she has spent over a decade supporting organizations that build resilience in the face of adversity.
Before joining NCPTF, Maris served as Director of Operations for several nonprofit education programs, where she led development efforts to expand access to equitable early childhood education. She played a key role in securing funding, forging community partnerships, and designing initiatives that supported underserved families. At Gerard Place, she spearheaded programs that uplifted families facing homelessness and economic hardship. Her career has been dedicated to strengthening education, advocating for social justice, and ensuring that vulnerable communities have the resources they need to thrive.
Maris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Education and multiple certifications in fundraising, digital marketing, and SAP. She has also received professional training in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma-informed care, deepening her commitment to supporting children and families facing adversity. At NCPTF, she leverages her expertise to strengthen fundraising efforts, expand community engagement, and advance initiatives that enhance the quality of life for children. Through her work, she is dedicated to building sustainable resources that empower and protect vulnerable communities.
